Whats the best skincare regiment to use?

There are so many facial skincare products out there! Theres exfoliants, toners, moisturizers, and so on. Frankly, im confused which ones i need to use. I simply want to mantain healthy, even and clear looking skin. What is a simple regiment i could use to do this?

    In the evening remove all makeup with a lotion or gel, use eye creme and moisturizer. In the morning use a gel (can be the same one day & night), eye creme and moisturizer (same ones again). On top of your moisturizer use a sunscreen lotion all year round (sun causes premature ageing amongst other things). Once or twice a week use an exfoliator. I find toners a complete waste of money, I rather use water. So basicaly, you need a mascara removing lotion, a cleanser, eye creme, moisturizer, sunscreen and exfoliator.
